Aww yaay! haha That just made me so happy. And totally… I’ve realized that a healthier lifestyle is really 80% of what you eat and 20% working out so do your best to cut out excess sugars/salt. As for working out, I’ve become a fan of running but it took me awhile to get there. I’d go for super long walks and light walk/jogs and over time made my way to a steady run. I’d also recommending simple things like taking the stairs everywhere, some pushups/crunches/lunges in the morning to get the blood flowing… even jumping jacks! You have to switch up your work out routine or else your body will simply adjust to it. Try taking a kickboxing or zumba class. Those are so much fun. <3
