Hoping to make traditional Irish soda bread this week.
And for the end of the month, per request by my sister-in-law, oatmeal-raisin chocolate chip walnut cookies, almond cupcakes with fresh raspberry frosting (garnished with crushed toasted almonds) and either jumbo pumpkin muffins with a drizzled maple/caramel glaze or apple bread with the same glaze.

This is my kitchen. These are a few of my culinary adventures.
Three years ago I decided to live a healthier lifestyle. Fast forward: Today I am 100lbs lighter and two things I absolutely love to do are cook and eat. Surprise!
