A Food Adventure:
Time Out New York recently posted what they feel are NYC’s best ice cream sandwiches. A friend and I decided to test one out. This weekend’s adventure was to Bierkraft in Park Slope, Brooklyn, for the the pecan blondie (made with Keegan’s Mother’s Milk) sandwiching Il Laboratorio’s dulce de leche gelato.
Healthy? Not so much.
Amazingly delicious? Very much yes.
And let’s not forget how awesome the establishment itself was! I’ll definitely be revisiting if not for another ice cream sammy then for a scrumptious deli sandwich and a local brew on tap.
I think it’d be fun if we spent the summer making our way down this list - and we most likely will or get pretty close to completing it.
