A Tasty Triumph!
Thanks to social media (aka Twitter), I heard that Serge the Concierge (the oh-so-fabulous French guy from New Jersey) was giving away a copy of Ciao Bella’s Book of Gelato & Sorbetto to the first person who could give the name of the person F.W. Pearce bought Ciao Bella from.
My answer: Who originally owned Ciao Bella? They were cousins: Jon Snyder and Laura Grady. But Jon was the one who felt it was time to move on and sold it to Pearce.
Therefore scooping up a delicious win for myself and More Than Burnt Toast enthusiasts as I spend my summer sharing my attempts to make gelato as tasty as Pearce’s and Zecchin’s!
